Renault scraps Ghosn payouts
Renault scrapped millions of dollars in payouts to former boss Carlos Ghosn following his resignation last month. Ghosn will not now benefit from a non-compete agreement he signed with Renault in 2015 that would have been worth two years’ fixed and variable pay and it also plans to withhold stock-based compensation awarded from 2015 to 2018 that was conditional on his staying at the company.
